Sidewalk Squad
We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our Sidewalk Crew. This role is essential to maintaining Youngstown’s public urban outdoor spaces and planters. As a crewmember, you will perform a variety of outdoor tasks including horticultural maintenance, litter removal, and general beautification projects to ensure a welcoming environment for residents, business owners, and visitors. This role is under the direction of Jack Moss, the Greenhouse and Outdoor Manager.

Under the direction of the Greenhouse and Outdoor Director and Program Director, the Forestry Team Member will work with a team to implement tree planting, tree maintenance, downtown landscape maintenance, and related improvement projects to improve the quality of life in Youngstown’s downtown and neighborhoods.
