East Federal St. Safer Streets Demonstration

On July 11th, the Active Transportation Team from the Healthy Community Partnership kicked off the East Federal Safer Streets Demonstration which included a cvreative crosswalk at the intersection of East Federal and Boardman St. between Penguin City Brewing and the Youngstown Flea. Partners included YSU Guin Fit, Youngstown CityScape. the Healthy Community Partnership, Eastgate Regional Council of Governments, ms Consultants, and the City of Youngstown. Additionally, the Guin Fit program collected survey responses during the July 12th Youngstown Flea to get community feedback about the demonstration. |
The 39th annual Youngstown Day in Sarasota, Florida was a smashing success.
Youngstown CityScape cohosted with the Mahoning Valley Historical Society and Youngstown State University. It’s a great chance for former Youngstown natives and over-winter travelers to gather and reminisce about the wonderful city of Youngstown. CityScape was proud to share our mission with such fans of the YO!
